Terms of Use

These terms are a contract between you and Mekar Solutions ("mirrr", "we"). By using mirrr you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Who can use mirrr
You must be at least 18 years old. You may only upload photos of yourself, and you must have the right to upload them. Uploading photos of another person, or of a minor, is prohibited and will result in removal and account termination.
What mirrr is, and what it is not
mirrr analyses photos and questionnaire answers and returns an opinion about appearance, together with suggested routines, products, and habits. It is an entertainment and self-improvement tool.
mirrr does not provide medical, dermatological, psychological, nutritional, or any other professional advice. Scores and suggestions are generated by automated models, are inherently subjective, and may be wrong. Nothing here is a diagnosis, and nothing here should replace a qualified professional. Do not delay seeking medical care because of anything mirrr tells you.
We make no promise that following any routine will change your appearance, your attractiveness score, your confidence, or any outcome in your life. Any statistics or examples we show are illustrative, not a guarantee of results.
If our suggestions are affecting your wellbeing, or you find yourself distressed by a score, please stop using the service and speak with someone you trust or a health professional.
Your account
We create your account after your payment succeeds and send you credentials. Keep them safe. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@mirrr.xyz if you suspect unauthorised use.
Subscription, billing, and auto-renewal
mirrr is sold as an automatically renewing subscription. When you subscribe:
- You are charged immediately, at the price shown to you at the point of purchase (currently RM19.90 per week, unless an introductory price was displayed).
- Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, at the standard price, and you will be charged again, until you cancel.
- If you were charged an introductory price, the full price applies from the next billing period onward. The introductory price applies once.
- You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current period. Cancel in the app, or email support@mirrr.xyz and we will action it.
- Prices may change. We will tell you before a change affects you.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload photos of anyone other than yourself
- Upload unlawful, abusive, or sexual content
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service
- Resell or redistribute reports or content from the service
- Use the service to harass, rate, or humiliate other people
Your content and our content
You keep ownership of your photos. You grant us a limited licence to process them solely to provide the service to you, as described in the Privacy Policy. We own the service itself: the software, content, routines, and brand.
Third parties
Some product suggestions link to external retailers. We may earn a commission if you buy through those links, at no additional cost to you. We do not control those retailers, their products, or their prices, and we are not responsible for them.
Availability and liability
We provide the service "as is". We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and automated analysis can fail or return poor results. To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Consumer Protection Act 1999.
Ending your access
You may stop using mirrr and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, and will refund any unused prepaid period where the law requires.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over any dispute.
